Decades ago, he refused to let commercial dairy compromise the sacred purity of milk. He taught us that milk is a gift from nature, requiring patience, respect, and traditional wisdom.
Today, his grandson, Mayank Swami, leads the daily operations, marrying Jhanwarlal Swami's uncompromising ancient standards with modern, zero-touch technology. Two generations, working side by side, ensuring that absolute purity remains our only metric of success.
